Where we ship

We ship to all 50 US states and Washington, DC. We don't ship internationally yet.

What it costs

Shipping is priced by region, based on how far your order travels. The exact cost for your order shows on the board page once you pick your state, and again before you pay.

Rates shown are samples while the shop is being set up.

When it ships

Each board is made after you order, so please allow number business days before it ships. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as it's on its way. Delivery usually takes number business days after that, depending on the carrier and your location.

Your address

Please check your shipping address before you pay. If you spot a mistake, email us right away at hello@unitedskateenterprises.com. Once a parcel has shipped we can't change its address, and a parcel returned to us because of an incorrect address will need to be reshipped at your cost.

Damaged or missing parcels

If your board arrives damaged, email us within number days of delivery with photos of the board and the packaging, and we'll make it right. If tracking shows your parcel delivered but you can't find it, check with neighbors and your local post office first, then contact us and we'll help with a claim.
