Handmade boards

Every board is made by hand. Wood grain, color and small details vary from board to board, and the drawings on this site are illustrations, not photos of your exact board. These natural variations are not defects.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm it by email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a price was shown in error, a board can't be made as ordered, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we refund you in full.

You can cancel an order for a full refund until we start making your board. Email us at hello@unitedskateenterprises.com as soon as possible.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Shipping is calculated by region and shown before you pay. Sales tax is added where the law requires it.

Payments are processed by Stripe (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay) and PayPal. We never see or store your full card number. Your payment is taken when you place your order.

Making and shipping

Boards are made after you order. We aim to ship within number business days, and we'll email you if that changes. Delivery details are in the shipping policy. Responsibility for your order passes to you when it's delivered.

Using your balance board safely

Balance boards move under you, and falls can cause injury. Please:

• Ride on a flat, non-slip surface with clear space around you, away from stairs, furniture edges and anything breakable.
• Keep something stable within reach while you learn, and start slowly.
• Make sure children are supervised by an adult. Boards are not toys for young children.
• Check your board and roller for damage before each ride, and stop using them if anything is cracked or loose.
• Talk to a doctor first if you have an injury or a condition affecting your balance.

You use the board at your own risk. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for injuries or damage caused by misuse, unsafe surfaces, modifications, or ignoring these instructions.

Our warranty

We warrant each board against defects in materials and workmanship for number days from delivery. If your board has a defect in that time, contact us and we'll repair it, replace it or refund it. This doesn't cover normal wear, accidents, misuse, or damage from water or weather. You may also have other rights under the law where you live, and nothing in these terms limits them.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of state. We may update them from time to time; the version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
